  • I am only at home in an evening, do you do evening collections & deliveries
Yes, we do. Please contact us and you will see how flexible we are at fitting in with your        schedule.

  • Can I bring my clothes to you?

We offer an excellent collection and delivery service.
Unfortunately due to insurance restraints, at this moment in time, customers are not able to drop off or collect directly from our premises.


  • How do you transport my clothing?
With great care. Ironed items on hangers will be kept hung at all times, even when in transit.

  • How long will it take to get my clothes back?

We offer an efficient 72 hour (3 working days) turnaround service. 
Example: Collection on Monday  - Delivery on Thursday.


  • How do you make sure that my clothing will not be lost or mixed with other customers?

We have a very effective labeling system. Also, we deal with each customer's order separately.

We are proud to say that up to now there have not been any mistakes.


  • How can you make sure that my ironed items do not come back with scorch marks or iron damage?

We are professionals who take the upmost care with all of our customers clothing. In addition we use the latest ironing technology, which is 100% safe on all ironable fabrics. 
It sounds very futuristic, however with this type of technology, the iron can be left on top of even a delicate fabric (like silk) for 5 minutes and it will not leave any damage - but don't worry, we will not put it to the test on your silk clothing!


  • Do I pay when you collect or when you deliver my clothing?

Payment is due when we deliver your items back to you.


  • Will my clothes come back smelling of smoke or with pet hairs?
Not at all. All your clothing will be cared for in a clean, smoke & pet free environment. 
We pride ourselves on having the highest standards of care & cleanliness and promise you a professional service at all times.

  • Why is your telephone contact a mobile number?

We have found a mobile number to be most convenient way to keep in contact with our customers. 

A mobile ensures that when we are on the road, doing collections and deliveries, we do not miss your calls. 

In addition, many customers like to contact us via text, iMessage, WhatsApp or Messenger.
